Meet the Attorneys
Kevin L. McNamara, Esquire
Kevin L. McNamara is an attorney practicing primarily in real estate litigation, real estate closings, title examinations and issuance of title insurance policies. His practice also emphasizes all family law matters. Mr. McNamara has extensive experience in family law litigation, including divorce, child support, child custody, paternity,
enforcement of support matters, adoption, guardianship and juvenile dependency.
In addition to these concentrations of his practice, Mr. McNamara has experience in criminal defense, landlord/tenant matters, general civil litigation and appellate review.
Mr. McNamara is an active member of state and local bar associations, and he presently serves on the Judicial Relations Committee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. He has previously served as the Vice-Chair of the Family Law
Practice Committee and served on the Family Law Continuing Legal Education Committee. Mr. McNamara is a member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar. In addition, he also is a founding member (and presently serves on the board) of the Collaborative Divorce Team, Inc., which is a Florida Non-Profit Corporation which seeks to promote the collaborative divorce process as
an alternative to acrimonious divorce litigation. Mr. McNamara is a member agent of the Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund, Inc. and is also an active member of Palm Beach Business Associates (PBBA).
Mr. McNamara has lectured on inter-state jurisdictional issues affecting enforcement of out-of-state orders by private attorneys under Uniform Interstate Family Support Act (UIFSA) and has significant experience
in inter-state jurisdictional litigation.
Prior to establishing McNamara & McNamara, he litigated on behalf of indigent
clients at the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County and also worked briefly as an associate
attorney at Avis & Avis, P.A. in North Palm Beach.
Mr. McNamara has received two degrees from Florida State University, first earning a Bachelor
of Science in Mathematics Education in 1992 and later earning his Juris Doctor, with honors,
in 1997. During law school, Mr. McNamara completed a full-time criminal internship program,
prosecuting offenders on behalf of the Curtis A. Golden, State Attorney, of the 1st Judicial
Circuit in Pensacola, Florida. Additionally, Mr. McNamara earned the Book Award (top honors)
for the Florida Dissolution of Marriage course at Florida State University College of Law.
Mr. McNamara has significant experiences outside the practice of law. He is an honorably
discharged veteran of United States Air Force, served as a police officer for several years and
taught mathematics in an inner-city middle school. Mr. McNamara has extensive coaching experience of youth sports teams
and remains active in local sports programs whenever possible.

Deena R. McNamara, Esquire
Deena R. McNamara is an attorney concentrating on Family Law matters, including divorce, child support, child custody, paternity,
enforcement of support matters and guardianships. In addition, she has significant experience in
Real Estate Litigation, Local Government/Municipal Law, Land Use Issues, Condo/Homeowner Association Litigation, Wills and Probate and General Civil Litigation.
Ms. McNamara has previously served as member of the Land Use/Real Estate Committee, Solo Practitioners Committee and the Government
Attorney Liaison Committee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Local Government Section of
the Florida Bar Association. Ms. McNamara is currently an active member of North Palm Beach County Chapter of Business Networks Int'l (BNI).
Ms. McNamara was previously a member of the Surise Rotary Club of Rotary Int'l, located in Jupiter, and has previously served as an Ambassador to the Jupiter, Tequesta, Juno Beach
Chamber of Commerce.
Prior to establishing McNamara & McNamara, she served as an Associate Attorney with Corbett & White,
representing several local governments and municipalities as town/village/city attorneys.
Ms. McNamara earned her Juris Doctor at Florida State University College of Law in 1997 and her Bachelor
of Arts in Communications from University of Central Florida in 1993.
During law school, Ms. McNamara completed an internship program with Legal Services of North Florida,
assisting indigent clients in family law, creditor's rights and landlord/tenant disputes. Ms. McNamara
also completed an internship program with the Children's Advocacy Center, assisting children in securing
proper educational and institutional services. Ms. McNamara earned a College of Law award for Outstanding
Pro Bono Service by continuing to volunteer time and service to these programs long after completing her
internship programs.
